I was concerned that some of my smaller and bigger kids would not be as comfortable with the lap desks but they were fine. My students used the lap desks for writing assignments, reading, and iPad work around the room.I was worried about the students leaning too far over the table area and breaking them in the middle but we didn't have any issues with this. When stacking the lap desks they would easily slide around so we had to figure out a way to stack them with something on both sides to keep them from sliding apart and falling out of their stack.
