**Q: Can kefir be made with this?**
A: Possibly. Kefir grains metabolize lactose and there is SOME lactose in this protein product...not much though. You probably would be better off trying a goat milk powder like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Goat-Milk-Capra-CapraMilk-Whole/dp/B01138IKG8
