I have several syndromes that cause muscle spasms in cold and have caused arthritis, and the back and neck heating patches protect my spine perfectly. Once my wheelchair van warms up, I definitely need to turn the sweatshirt down or off. I do wish that the back heated patch was longer, so it covered more of my spine’s length, but given my experiences with other brands, I’ll accept a slightly less-than-perfect heating placement for the most versatile weight, size, and so far, reliability.
