I live in Arizona, and though this product does not need to be refrigerated, Genestra sends it with an ice pack...important because our mailboxes heat up in the summer.

This item was supposed to be delivered cold but it came in a box with no cold packs at all. I believe the product's integrity was severely compromised and I am very disappointed. I had ordered this item before and it came with cold packs previously. This is a great product but if it can't be shipped properly, there's no point in buying it. I am afraid to purchase this again.
