Tried a friend’s and found this item at a fair price. Overall they appear to be the same, function the same which is great in grabbing decent logs to add to the fire pit and the be able to move them around In the pot. It does not seem to be as heavy as the one we tried out but it’s not an issue and with a one year warranty should cover usuage
