    Perfect pizza bases every time!

If you’re celiac or just gluten free this is buy far the best way to enjoy pizza, don’t bother with nasty squeaky frozen pizza bases or dry cardboard so called fresh pizza bases. This is the only way to go, it’s up to you. You can makes them think or thin. Just mix up the contents with water, yeast and oil to make a thick batter (however it does take a bit of elbow grease to get it smooth.) but it’s worth the effort and you need a nice big nonstick frying pan. I bought a 30cm le creuset crepes frying pan and it works perfectly. Add toppings and cook as hot as you can I used chip net tray to get the bottom crispy. I doubt you’ll finned better.

You MUST use a non-stick frying pan, and unfortunately it doesn't say this anywhere on the packet, much to my annoyance (and therefore I ruined the first pizza). The flavour is decent and the process isn't too bad, but the kitchen looked like an explosion in the kitchen afterward.... it's not super straightforward.
