Great gift for an adventurer
This is a great gift for any little explorer. I got it for my daughter to take on her camping trip. She was so excited to get a new compass and set of binoculars to use while hiking. The set came in a small box. Each piece was separated with in a plastic casing . None of the pieces came broken or damaged which was great . The handle to the net for catching bugs extends and is stronger than expected. The jar to hold found bugs expands and has magnifying glass on top. Best of all the flash light does Not require batteries but runs on a rechargable cranking system. All in all I would recommend this to anyone who has a child interested in the outdoors.

Well made kit for my toddler and keeps her entertained outside and inside
This is a great kit for my toddler. She loves to play outdoors and takes this with her. I love that it comes with such an easy to carry bag. Everything stores nicely. Everything is well made and realistic life which makes her want to play even more. The flashlight works well and is easy enough for her to use. I plan to buy my niece and nephew each one of these as every time they're here they always go straight for it and want to go right outside.

Poor quality
I wanted bug catching scissors and a bug container and net. This one had alot of nice features (magnifying jar, telescopic handled net, bag for storage) but everything is disappointingly low quality. The net handle has broken, the scissors misaligned at times and the container comes apart too easily. I'm hesitant to recommend this otem

Cheap
Pretty cheaply made. Nearly everything broke within a week. But, I bought it to entertain my toddler while camping. It did the short term trick. Wish it would have lasted though.

Bought as a gift for a 5 year old, huge hit! Adorable items, beware there is a whistle :)

Great gift for curious kids
Nice selection of things to keep kids interested. Some bits are fiddly but good lesson re needing to be careful with equipment.

Awesome flashlight
My four year old is really into bug catching and she thought this was perfect. The only part we didnt like was the retractable container, it falls apart pretty easily. But all in all its a great gift for a little girl with a love of Bugs.

Awesome product
This kit is exactly like what I expected - the perfect kit for kids, with the right amount of tools that kids will go nuts about. I cannot wait to have the kids play with it in the parks. It's very fun and educational at the same time. The quality is pretty good too, I would recommend this product as a gift for your own kid or someone else's
