It didn't crumble when I took a bite, but is has a definite chalky texture. The flavor was just ok. I love salted caramel and was excited to try this keto bar. However, I was a bit disappointed. It has just enough sweetness with a nice blend of carmel followed by a hint of salty taste. I did notice a diet like after taste. It does meet my keto needs and keeps me full.
