Would probably be really good with cheese if you can do dairy. A consistency like grits but flavor more like rice. If you toast it first, its more like couscous. Unfortunately, when i went to order more, a hefty shipping charge had been added and then they completely sold out before i decided to buy anyway, which was disappointing, but i think the covid virus has probably decreased shipments into our country.
