I had complements the first day I used it and continue to receive them. If you have a small wallet (which I purchased on Amazon) it is great when shopping or running around with kids. It fits over your shoulder which frees up your hands. The pockets make it easy to organize your belongings. I like the size because I am tired of big purses pulling on my shoulder. This bag is horrible! Used it for about 2 months and the handle (which isn't leather) started to crack until it broke completely off. Then the fabric around the zippers frayed causing the zippers to come off their tracks. This bag is listed as leather but I doubt that it is, and the thread used to stitch it together breaks as if its dry rotted.
