It took an age to arrive and I was messed around no end by parcel force. An absolutely appalling level of customer service from them. When I did eventually take delivery of the item, some 4-7 days later than claimed, my son was mortified. He’s tall for an 11 year old at 5’ 2” and there is absolutely no way this is the right size for him. The picture shown illustrates a young lady sitting in the bean bag. I suspect she is sitting in the adult size bean bag. However, the aforementioned aside, it’s a really good colour. Quality material. The beads inside are a little lacking but the cloth looks and feels to be a reasonable quality. What I would say, is the level of customer service from Gilda was excellent. After I complained of my experience with parcel force my delivery fee was refunded.
