Simple - it's the official currency of the apocalypse :) The 2017 GOLD PLATED ZombucksTM Morgue Anne is among the rarest of the rare apocalypse currency. Each Morgue Anne honors the Morgan Dollar that circulated from 1878-1904, and again in 1921. The original Morgan featured an exquisite portrait of Lady Liberty designed by U.S. Mint engraver, George T. Morgan. Morgan had an uninfected Anna Willess Williams, who he believed had a perfect profile, to model for five sittings to complete the design. If only he could see her now. Her skin has rotted, the flowers in her once beautiful hair have wilted, and Liberty has become a zombie. Liberty faces left and one can still read her crown, but bones and muscles from her neck and face are visible. Inscriptions of MORGUE ANNE, 2017, Z2 and 13 stars encircle a zombified Liberty's portrait. Each 24K Gold Plated ZombucksTM Morgue Anne bullion round is composed of 1 oz of .999 pure copper encased in pure 24K Gold. Along with the zombified Morgue Anne, the inscriptions read "Morgue Anne," "2017" and the denomination of "Z2." The heart of the reverse is a biohazard symbol to remind humans of the hazards of the apocalypse. It is inscribed with "ZOMBUCKS," "1 oz .999 FINE COPPER" and "CURRENCY OF THE APOCALYPSE". ZombucksTM have an extremely limited mintage and in total, there will be 10 ZombucksTM rounds that pay tribute to historic coins or figures. Each coin will arrive in a clear protective Airtite display capsule.
