I certainly expect more from a product then have it fall apart during normal use. It doesn’t appear to be a defect in the product so much it appears to be a lack of craftsmanship and management on the end of whoever is making the thing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job on meat and leather, not good for wood. *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2019* This Branding Iron works well on deformable surfaces like a meat or leather. For wood not so good. The letters are solid, well spaced and aligned but they are not all in the same plane. To make a uniform brand on wood you will need to hone the face of the letters on a flat abrasive surface.
