They stick really well, which is a plus I guess, however the fabric part came partially off the part glued to the shoes, after only a few minutes walking. This caused abrasion and it defeated the whole point of using heel pads protectors. Then, when I tried to remove them, as they were of non-use anymore, I came to the realisation that is practically impossible to take them off. I only managed to take off the fabric layer, and had to use a knife to try and remove whatever I could.
