Like steaming hot?** A: It does do an excellent job of keeping the resulting coffee warm but, you do not want to leave the coffee in the pot because it continues to brew and you will find that second cup of coffee bitter. Grind my coffee beans, pour cold water in, put in the refrigerator and then wait 12 to 24 hours before pressing. It's a perfect way to make cold brew. The cold brew has a wonderful flavor, I think it tastes a little like chocolate.
