About 4 caps of each right before bed and you'll wake up, ready for a pleasant BM.I see a lot of people use this for sleep, but it's not the best form. For sleep specifically, mag transdermal spray .. on the bottom of your feet .. works best. Plus, transdermal might have better bioavailability than citrate, which is saying a lot, since citrate has very good bioavailability too.Mag Glycinate is a good form for calming the mind. Organic mushrooms extract is good companion to this form and provide a synergestic nootropic effect.Magnesium orotate is good for athletic stamina.Mag L-threonate is good for brain function and memory.Anyway, I see only two reasons to buy this form: (1) Constipation, or (2) You're looking to get more magnesium into your diet and want the most cost effective way (citrate is cheapest form).Thorne would be the best company to buy from. They're stuff is the crem dela crem of supplements.Update: I just did an experiment where I combined one cap of L-threonate and one cap of Glycinate. Wow!! What an incredible day! I felt sharp, confident, euphoric, conversational, and had a fantastic memory.
