I had an issue with being sent the wrong color, emailed them and within an HOUR I got a email back resolving the issue and with kindness!! I am very pleased!About the socks- they're great! I have a sensory processing disorder child. He is EXTREMELY picking when it comes to clothing. I mean, seriously. We've bought several paira of socks, trying to find any that would be comfortable. We bought these last year for soccer. He is a soccer player and is vey aggressive with his cleats and socks. These lasted two seasons in the muddy Oregon coast weather. I was so impressed that I bought more :) I highly recommend these for the comfort and durability. For me, they are just below the knee.
