Also, I did NOT take this product along with a pro hormone or anabolic steroid cycle nor was it used as part of a PCT routine. I am natural which is what attracted me to this product.I started out by using 2-3 capsules per day for about 5 days and leaned out very quickly. However, this dosage caused a lack of energy and mental fatigue. I have taken AI’s before and this is a side effect if your dosage is too high (in my experience).After the five days I dropped down to 1 per day midday with lunch. After 2-3 days at that dosage I noticed my energy and mood come back to at least normal or better. I have been at this dosage (1 cap) for about 2-3 weeks and my body has maintained the “dry” physique I was looking for with this product. Most definitely helped with definition in abdomen and chest (including reducing some puffiness in nipples). For reference, I am 6’1” and was about 205 and approximately 15% bf. Have since dropped down to ~200 and 14.5%.Important to note, I have been eating very clean and doing a LOT of cardio BEFORE and during use with this product (approximately 15-20 miles running and biking almost every day) and have not added any other supplements into my routine recently.IMHO, this product is absolutely fantastic. I was definitely skeptical of an extract from orange peels having an affect on my physique but I am a fan of Olympus labs so I took a shot. Very happy so far, especially at a 3-4 month supply per bottle (for my own personal dosage). I will continue to buy and use year round as long as the price and dosage do not change.
