The red model is designated as the GRP4800R and includes ceramic grill plates (for grilling and Panini pressing), a bake dish (for baking, sautéing, and griddling), and a muffin pan (for muffins, single-serve quiches, meatballs, and more.) Additional plate types for the Evolve are available for purchase. The black (GRP4842MB) and the silver/platinum (GRP4842P) include ceramic grill plates and waffle plates. The other options are available for purchase. **Q: Can you use paper or silicone cupcake holders in the cupcake pan?"** A: Yes **Q: I see waffle plates in the picture, do they come with this grill?** A: No, they do not. If you read the small print in the description, it says, "this model includes ceramic grill plates, a bake dish, and a muffin pan." And that is exactly what mine came with. It also says that "additional plate types for the Evolve are available for purchase." And they are, at an extremely expensive price; the waffle plates alone cost about the same as an entire regular George Foreman Grill. **Q: hi, will this grill support 220 voltage for oversea usage?** A: The answer, I am pretty sure, is no. I could not find anything on the unit that allowed for an easy conversion from 115 to 220. I was trained as an electrical engineer in the early 1960s and I am fairly sure that unfortunately is the case. It seems odd that they didn't make a provision for it. There is nothing mentioned in the manual, but maybe they make a unit exclusively for 220. You might contact the manufacturer and ask. It strikes me that it should work OK with the 115/220 converter transformers that they sell, as it seems that it doesn't draw an enormous amout of current.
