I am 5'3 155 and it was too high for me, so they were right BUT, it would be perfect for someone taller. It was firm but still soft and it provides a gentle amount of stretch. I otherwise really loved it so i bought the medium size instead. Seems to realign with a neck spot unlike a regular pillow and I find it’s a comfortable enough over time. The king size has multiple sleeping zones. The edges are wide enough to sleep on. There is a traction side of the "V" and a non-traction side that's a little softer. The bolster side is the same firmness when you flip the pillow. Super supportive, like a neck massage. King does fit normally in a king size pillowcase. I got the extra firm.
