I put quite a lot on a targeted area, first massaging in well then a thick layer smoothed on after and left to dry, needs to be done overnight as when it dries it is clearly visable, it's worth it though for swelling and spots don't develop as big. Works best if applied as soon as any slight discomfort felt, not as effective once spot has fully developed. Hope this helps. **Q: Does this bleach material, pillow cases etc?** A: I have not experienced this product bleaching my pillowcase. However, it can be quite drying on the skin. I think it works by drying out the pimples, which is why it works so fast. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend applying it over a large area, it’s better to use it as a targeted spot treatment only.
