I have plantar fasciitis and 2 bones spurs on the same foot. I also have high arches. An orthopoedist made molds of my feet and I got inserts but they have worn out. I mostly wear casual or running shoes so I ordered the inserts for that type shoe. I was glad the price was reasonable and they came quickly. I didn't have to trim the inserts at all and the minute I put them on, I immediately felt the difference. The pain in my back, hips, knees, ankles and feet is gone!
