I also snagged it on things alot. Buying another one now.It is nice and long and i can comfortably use my phone while this is around my neck and when I let go of it I dont have to worry about it dropping. Iv had mine for a long time and the string was cut after time by the base bead. I removed a couple beads and re tied it and there is still plenty of length.
