Review: Stunning! - Edited to add: I just realized that the facial detail shown in the picture on the listing is nowhere near as good as the facial detail on the one I have on display at home. I'm not sure if it was poor photography or what, but it's far better than what I had been expecting when I ordered it. The detail in this piece is phenomenal. The weight, like all of the Veronese figurines, is nice as well. While this piece isn't quite as tall as the other mermaid figurines I've purchased to complement my collection of nautical things, it IS definitely one of the nicer ones.

**Q: Can this statue be used  outdoors?**
A: These statues are not intended for outdoor use

**Q: I ordered this bronze one and got a white mermaid with blonde hair. She is a pretty but its not what i ordered. If i reorder am i gonna get this again**
A: The only color on the one I received is a very subtle purple on the tail. It is gorgeous. The rest is a dark brass color. It is an absolutely stunning statue and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

**Q: Can these bronzed statues be used underwater in fish tanks?**
A: The copper in the bronze is definitely not going to be good for both fish and plants.. Rust is a reaction between iron and oxygen.
