Multiple holes in the shaft for multiple injections of liquid seasoning.After cooking, I was very pleased with the results. Moist and tasty. I will be using this quite often. Next is a beef pot roast. Can't wait to mix up some solution and try this again!Very heavy duty product. Easy to clean, and I know this will last for years.
