She could not fit children sizes so I purchased an adult tutu. She was happy therefore, I was happy. I liked that it was an appropriate length on her. Also, I considered making her tutu, but it was cheaper ordering it from Amazon. It's nice quality, very full, and puffed up nicely after being packed flat in a bag.
