It came with a fake leather thong, which is so gross and you can't wash, so I would never wear it. The product is also very small. Think Junior size small, not adult woman size small. I am 5'2 and 115lbs and a small barely buckled on the largest setting, and it was almost impossible to turn it to the back after doing the clasps. It's very hot, so be prepared to sweat, and it also has a funky smell. I'm returning it. If it had come with the garter straps like it was supposed to, I would have made it work. The only thing I would like different is the location of the hooks to clasp it would be better on the side not the back. It’s a little hard to get into and clasp the hooks. I hooked them all on the front and then rotated it around to how it’s supposed to be.
