Nobody cares about the package dimensions, however the with of the capo is important. Guitars have diff neck widths?** A: The inside width (at the very top) of the one I purchase and use is 2 inches exactly. It narrows to 1and 3/4 inch as you move down to the inside rubber stopper. I play a Taylor GS Mini and it works fine for that. As I slide the Capo up the next (toward the body)it goes as far as the 8th fret comfortably. With full body (larger) guitars it could be an issue.
