It was quick and easy to put on my watch.However the pictures are misleading. This watch band is not gray (as the pics show) or olive (as the listing says) it's a light tan sandy color. I was glad I got this from Debeer because I was looking for a strap where the ORANGE color was a little more muted than the neon-bright oranges I saw in other straps. The color is TRUE TO THE PICTURE and I've very pleased with the balance of color. I put this on a matching silver/blue/white/orange Seiko and couldn't be happier with the color match. I own other Nato straps and the quality of this is excellent. Also, I'm pleased with the length of this strap (I have 8.5" wrists) and unlike most Nato straps, this is the perfect size for me whereas others are sometimes TOO long and require tucking (this one does not which is nice). Stainless buckle and loops are rounded, not edged like on most NATO bands for sale, which looks better, especially for smaller watches, and reduces bulk. Also, loops are free to pivot side to side, not fixed straight up like on most NATO bands available, which reduces bulk as well and allows easier and better adjustment.
