Great bands and sliders! I keep them in my bag so I can use them whenever I have time. Easily transportable and feels very organized, by color and with their sweet carrying bag. Really helps with leg workouts and to prevent valgus shearing during squat sets. My booty is feeling the gains!! Thanks so much for a great product.

You get exactly what you expect with this product. The band's are a good quality. Small and perfect for resistance with ankles, arms, back etc. I've used them with the gliders (which work on both carpeted and hard floors) for gymnastics strength training as well as using the band's for dance training. Excellent product for a price you can't beat!
