This glove has a heavyweight Kevlar seamless glove body with great cut-resistant properties, married to an abrasion-resistant premium sidesplit palm. But it’s what's in between that really sends this glove off the charts there are eight layers of finely woven stainless-steel mesh between the leather and the Kevlar knit in the most critical areas: the thumb, first two fingers and the crotch, with a single layer of mesh between the entire leather palm and shell. The abrasion resistance is top-notch as always because of the leather palms and the way they wrap around the sides of fingers, to increase protection and comfort and extend the life of the glove. Puncture-resistant gloves are invariably stiff and uncomfortable to wear, but the stainless steel woven inserts in the gloves are flexible and barely noticeable. This results in an incredible combination of puncture resistance and comfort. And best of all, the cut resistance is unbelievable in the critical areas. In fact, we were so far off the scale of protection, we even amazed ourselves.
