Ever since my knee blew out about three years ago from heel striking I've been running barefoot style. (Read the book: Born to Run)It took a while to get it down, but that's the way I run now. When I got injured I had a pair of $200.00+ Brookes running shoes which I have been wearing for over three years. I run about 25 miles a week so that's a lot of miles. Anyway, the Brooke's finally gave out and so I bought these.I was a little skeptical at first but I threw them on and ran 6 miles the first day and they felt great.
