Now I am also curious to know if this is a possible side effect because, while I know I suffered from this prior to taking Biotin, it does seem that I am definitely more fatigued and have gained 20 lbs since I started taking the supplement. I started taking Biotin because I've been experiencing significant hair loss but sadly it does not seem to even be helping. Note, I recently was diagnosed with anemia which could explain the fatigue...and the weight gain is a result of being tired and not exercising.
