I dropped a 40lb rock with sharp edges on it by mistake and it didn’t puncture. I’m impressed. The liner I bought is 25’x30’ and I needed help to install it, but I’m confident it’ll never fail. Worth every penny. ### ⭐⭐ Watch out for the lift gate service charge *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2020* The lift gate service adds approximately $70 to the order, so watch out, as this item is heavy. I contacted customer service before use and their response was β€œ well you signed for it” I asked about the lifetime warranty as I also purchased the underliner. On the phone I was told β€œ the warranty is only for manufacturing defects in seams” but PRIOR to purchase I asked about the warranty and I have included a photo of the email response. Thankfully the hole is at the very top of the pond so I have been able to use it and they sent me a patch. The liner holds water well and seems strong and durable. Would have given 5 stars if customer service was better and more clear.
