There was a card in the box with a phone number, email address, and a message to please contact them if you weren't satisfied. So I did. I tried the phone number several times, different days and times, no one ever answered. I decided to send an email. I have yet to receive a reply. (It's been over a month) So I don't know if it removes blackheads. It takes a little bit to get used to the suction. I was too aggressive and created a red suction mark. There are 5 levels of suction and multiple tips you can exchange in and out.
