I love how many different shapes and colors there are. Overall each piece feels very durable and I am definitely not worried about them getting broke unless someone snaps them intentionally. The magnets themselves are surprisingly strong which makes building things easy. For smaller kids like mine that are easily amused the building is secondary because the magnets are strong enough to surprise my kid when two pieces pull together. While searching for something for him I came across this set of blocks. I Knew they might be hassle to store with lots of pieces but I thought a hundred pieces might not be so bad if they are magnetic so I purchased them for him I was very impressed with the blocks and the way he interacted with them. Hee played with them for 2 hours straight, which is amazing for this child that doesn't stay interested in anything for more than a few minutes. Hubby was pleased that I found this product for him.
