First one I ripped was the stiches that divides the back pocket. This is where I put my personal stuff - wallet, phone, a small notebook and cosmetic bag. Had I done this prior to my taking off the padding, it would have made that task easier. The other stiching I I ripped was the small vertical stitch that holds the elastic on top of the side pocket that is supposed to hold the baby bottle. After ripping this, I can now fit the wide neck bottles that I use, specifically avent and playtex drop ins.Original review: I bought this to replace my lesportsac purse that I use as a diaper bag. I found the material stiff unlike the lesportsac's floppy material that I like. The changing pad is nice but the padding at the back of the bag restricts the bag's capacity. I was disppointed that putting my lean wallet and a small cosmetic bag with my infant's things totally packs the bag tigtly. So I tore the seam in the inside zipped pocket and reached in and took off the padding. I hand sewn it back but I dont think I will be using that pocket. Its so narrow and deep i can hardly think of anything I would want to put in there. The bag can now hold a little bit more. The delivery was on-time, the product was as-described, and looks great so far. The zippers are chunky, sturdy zippers that seem like they will last and not get gummed up if they get a little dirty. The canvas of the bag is also very sturdy. We did keep our changing pad from our old diaper bag as it was slimmer than the one included in this bag. However, everything we had in our old bag fit in this one and is better organized. Even post-diapers, this would be a good bag for totting stuff around. I like that it is cross body and sits close to the body. The strap has a clip, so you can make it nice and tight and still get it on and off easily. Also, the strap cushion is attached in a way that it is adjustable but stays where you put it. Love this bag so far.
