I don't know what a wand is but I'd say it comes with a piece of plastic (so that you can apply the perfume on your skin). Try '' Touch Me '' insteed. It smeels better in my opinion and it's a spray. I use the oil roll on and it seems to last nearly the entire day. I have tried other perfumes, lotions and oils, but everyone seriously loves Nasaem most of all. The price is so much more affordable as well. I spent over $95 for a bottle (for me, that’s a lot of money) and yet the outcome was not even close to Nasaem oil.
