Don't bother! I wanted a frother that was easy to clean. Had a Lavazza espresso machine with bolt-on frother, and was brilliant, but sadly the heating element broke, and had to send it all back (was tempted to keep the whole thing just for the frother, but was too big). First went for an all-in-one frother, but was rubbish, and nightmare to clean. Then bought this. Was much noisier that was used to, took ages to heat the milk, and then on third day, the whisk stopped turning (so was just heating, but not frothing). Just gone for a Severin instead - it'll cost a few quid more, but think it comes with a 2 year warranty, and it's guaranteed to be a whole lot better. Don't bother with this - waste of time.

I bought this is October and loved it however it's sadly stopped working yesterday. Breaking after 5 months isn't great. I've contacted the seller as it's supposed to have 12 months warranty. Will update my review to see what happens with that!

Bought this, as opposed to others, because I thought I would be able to make 2 coffees at once since it had a 300ml capacity. Turns out you can only heat that quantity of milk whereas if you want to froth it, your limit is 150ml at a time. It's not silent but not loud as others have said. It takes about 3 minutes to heat and froth enough milk for one cup of coffee (not mug). OK if you're making a piece of toast at the same time but a bit slow if you're a serial coffee drinker. My main problem with this is that it over-froths the milk. It would be far better if it only frothed for the last minute of the heating process but because it froths for the full 3 minutes you end up with over an inch of froth.

Great frothier and able to immerse in water to clean after use. Quite noisy in operation but does a great job.

From warming milk for cereal to making hot chocolate this is the product you need. This is a great product until I recently saw this at someone house I didn't know these type of thing existed. I urge every household owner to get one. The frother comes with various modes. I mostly use the warm setting keeps it enough temperature for cereal and to make hot chocolate. The item looks like its big item, but the silver part is where the user would put milk in, The black base is the heater. From finish to functionality this product is a must.

I bought this item been very excited as the characterises seems to be really good but it doesn’t foam the milk, takes forever to heat up and it is very noise. Is not a cheap product (in comparison to the others in the market) and i wanted to return it but unfortunately i throw away the box that came from. I will not buy it again and don’t recommend to buy it.
