I have used it in different ways and each time it has been a success.I first tried it as a condiment with roasted salmon. The sauce added this wonderful heat and spice to the salmon that wasn't overwhelming and did not completely take over the flavour of the fish.Next, I put it in a salad with kale and roasted chicken. It was amazing. I served it to guests who asked for the secret sauce (I'm not kidding.) Finally, I spread it on some salmon and baked it. Again, a hit! The salmon was spectacular! I was so pleased.I'm planning to roast brussel sprouts using this sauce and olive oil this weekend. As a friend said, it's like a culinary hug from across the world.
