This Phottix battery grip is of very nice quality. Very sturdy, and well designed. Rubberized grip is excellent, not too sticky, not too smooth. The fit to my camera (600D/T3i) is perfect, no gaps or wiggling. Looked at many photos of the OEM version, and there are no differences to be seen. Major controls are available on the grip, such as zoom, shutter release, aperture and shutter speed wheel, etc. Of note, you can use one or two batteries. Overall, a quality battery grip that allows for easier portrait photography and more shots between charges.
