Apple leather bands attach with a silver stainless steel bracket, but this one matches my watch being black stainless steel. Then there’s comparing $12.99 to $149, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that while the Apple band is nice, you’re buying the name since the price is definitely not justified with that price. I’ve had Apple leather bands before, and this one is better quality, cheaper cost, and matches perfectly to my watch. I got this band in Black and Light Brown and am much more satisfied with them than the Brown and Black leather bands I’ve previously bought at Apple. I’d buy it again and again!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good, not Great *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2018* This is not a bad watch band, but it’s not the most amazing one either. I was excited initially about this band because it was a hybrid. I love leather bands but they tend to get stinky because of sweat and other things. This one is great in that respect. There are 2 fundamental things that I don’t like. 1) my watch doesn’t stay in place. It migrated around my wrist and 3 notches is too loose and 4 notches is too tight. 2) the double band that hold the excess band is continually traveling and not staying in place. This causes that extra flap to get caught on my sleeve, jacket or sometimes my desk. Very annoying.The price was good as most Apple Watch bands are pricey so this one was affordable. It’s a trade off. The watch band is very attractive just not as functional as I would have liked.
