Check out Jackery 1000. The Segway Ninebot Max scooter has a charger that puts out 122 watts (2.9 amps @ 42V) as per the specs. The charger is likely around 80% efficient. Basically 122 watts / .80 = 153 watts draw from AC plug. This is slightly more than the Krisdonia's 130 watt AC inverter can support; so it probably will not work. In addition the Segway Ninebot Max has a very large 550 Wh (watt hour) battery; compared to the Krisdonia's 222 Wh battery. Plus you would have charging inefficiency's for the 110V AC inverter and the charger's DC converter. I suggest you look at a much larger power station (aka solar generator) with at least 1,000 Wh (watt hours) of capacity. For example the Jackery Explorer 1000 for $1,000 on Amazon. It has a large 1,002 Wh battery capacity, and a 1,000 watt (rate) AC inverter. Though it does weigh about 22 lbs. Its inverter is likely 85% efficient. The Ninebot charger is likely 80% efficient. Therefore: (1,002 Wh * .85 * .80) / 550 Wh Ninebot battery = 124% full charge (Jackery 1000). This would be an expensive solution, but it would work. I am not always near a 120v outlet...in fact I am often not near any usable outlet. The corp laptop drains fast thanks to all the security software they have imaged it with, despite having a relatively new battery. I bought this power bank to put in my work backpack to be able to have some juice as I go. Received this guy today (10/20/2020) and have begun testing it. It charged from 87% to 100% in about 20 minutes. When I plugged in my laptop (Dell Latitude 7390) to the AC outlet, the power bank drained FAST. Went from 100% to 89% in about 10 minutes. During that time, the laptop stayed powered on, at maximum power setting, and charged an additional 5%. Then I decided to test the charging with the laptop completely turned off. In ~10 minutes, the power bank discharged 5%, and the laptop charged 15%! It seems the claims of being able to charge a laptop roughly 3 times off this bank have at least some merit! I don't know how much power my laptop draws from the wall while it's powered on, (power adapter is rated for 65w) but it pulls significantly more than if it were off and just charging. I have a relatively new battery in this thing and it still drains super quick, so with your laptop, your mileage will vary. Especially if you're using a personal laptop and don't have to worry about all the battery-sapping corporate security garbage like I have to. I will do further testing on this once I get one of those wattage usage plugs. Cooling seems robust. As I am lugging this thing around INSIDE a backpack (with an opening at the top for charging cables to exit the bag), this thing became slightly warm, at most...with a laptop and a One Plus 8 Pro charging off it at the same time. Tested this for about 20 minutes. The fan immediately comes on when the AC outlet is in use, but the unit never seems to overheat. I'm very glad cooling was taken into consideration here because excessive heat will definitely shorten the lifespan of the internals. Other things: Unit is about 4lbs, it's kinda heavy but it's not bad. It seems very durable and built to last. LCD display is nice, not too bright and not too dim. Unit turns itself off once things connected to it have been fully charged. It is using modified Sine wave, unfortunately, instead of pure Sine wave. All research I have done on this leads me to conclude it's not too big of a deal, as nearly all modern devices are able to cope with that....however for $270, I think it's worth mentioning, maybe they could have gone with a better power delivery system.
