It's simple and does what I need it to do. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the manual is confusing which made setting it up harder than it should have been. The set up is actually easy. Remove the wrist band, charge the display unit in a USB port, download the free app to your phone, fill out your profile, sync the two and that's it. I use it to track steps, distance and calories. I have a fitness app in my phone but I'm not carrying my phone 100% of the time, so the tracker is more convenient. I like the way it looks and feels too. I have very small wrists and was afraid it would be too loose to get a good reading. It fits great. In fact, I could make it even smaller and tighter. Bottom line? I think it's a fun little device and does what you would expect for the price. Wearing it right now :) ### ⭐ The worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2019* 1st, the instructions were printed in light gray, about 3 point font. Even under bright light, almost impossible to read, and the English was hard to understand.2nd, it didn't work. The band won't come off!I have totally wasted my money on this item.
