As so many others have commented, I love the fact that I can open the valve and let go. My old faucet had a level that was spring loaded and had to be held continuously. I did find the faucet wrench to be useful as well. It made removing my old faucet and installing the new one much easier. I've only had it a very short time, but it appears to be well made. It is a couple of inches taller than the one I replaced which could be beneficial if I was to put a large stock pot under it. Bottom line, I'm happy and my wife's happy.
