I 1st found another one but everyone complained that it was too small and the front wheels were locked straight and it was hard to maneuver.This one has a bigger basket that fits 1 hold of towels easily. I thought they could make the basket a little higher but it fits the towels. The front wheels move great. And the back wheels Have 3 wheels that roll around. Easy to climb steps. Hold handle and basket is behind you. And down place on back wheels and step down.Rolls smooth and nicely on floor.I bought 2 after I tried out the 1st one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ VERY SMALL *by P***S on September 17, 2019* It's a great LITTLE cart. Little being the operative word. Unfortunately, it is just too small and I have to send it back (not to mention it arrived a week later than it should have. But it is sturdy. The bar on the bottom snapped when i was trying to cart 75 pounds down the stairs. If you're only using it to move light stuff it's fine, but the 120lb weight capacity is downright BS.I won't be returning mine because it's a pile of sharp scrap metal at this point. Ugh.
