You can only tighten the connectors so much. Using pliers to tighten only causes the connectors in bend in--does not really make them tighter. Because of this the structure has a "loose" feel. But I believe the structure is safe and reliable to contain your critter. Makes it hard to move. Need a least two people to shift it to a new spot. It would be nice if they could design a set of low profile wheels to add to one end to make it possible for a one person move. My older cat was contained--but I could see a younger cat climbing out. Need to let folks know it comes in two boxes. Mine arrived days apart.
