They come from from Austria. Melamine is tested only in proteins and not in starches. They are from China and India. **Q: Is this a resistant starch rs like hi-maize corn flour?** A: Folks, all starches are carbohydrates (sugar-type chemicals) basically made out of *many* simple sugar molecules in chains. Though they aren’t sweet flavored, most starches quickly break into sugars in our systems and so have a “high glycemic index” (read: big blood sugar spike). Starches combine amylose (typically 20-30%; fast breakdown) and amylopectin (typically 70-80%, medium-speed breakdown).
