Love these things, in general. These were of good quality, but not the absolute best I have received in the past. On two of them the wood join wasn't exactly perfect as it usually is. Still very happy, i wasn't going to send them back to Thailand. I'm a professional massage therapist and let me tell you, they are hand savers. I've been using the star shaped one for about a decade, and found the "dolphin" shaped one a couple years back. They fit perfectly in your hands and the recipient will love them if they are fond of deep work. On tip... if your hands are large enough... you can "cup" them in your palm and use mostly fingers and when you reach a knot that needs more pressure.... bring out the big guns!

I like the design and nubby ends of these reflexology tools, and they do get in deep to my knotty back, but I am deducting a star as one of the nubs broke off after about 2 weeks. I was able to crazy glue it back on, and you can't really tell where it broke, but I would have expected it not to break at all.

These are a nice set; the "cross" style is the weaker or the two and over time will likely break. however they are both sturdy solid wood and fair quality, especially for the price. Shipping time was painfully long for free "standard" shipping option and the finish has an unpleasant odor.

Didn't give 5 stars because the star may possibly break as it looks like it may have been glued. The other piece is one solid piece used both once. Even if it breaks, worth the price.

The tool on the right I love, the other on the left, has a crack in it and that's not safe when you are a massage therapist. That's a breeding ground for bacteria. If it were one piece like the other, it would be awesome!

The product is great. I think it is priced comparable to what it would cost in Thailand. Because of current international shipping drama it took almost 3 months to arrive. If you want it faster, fly to Thailand. If you can wait, this is a good investment. I have reordered and will give the next one away.

I use the star-shaped tool for putting concentrated pressure on muscles and knots in my head, jaw and neck. After years of Chinese massage I've learned to find knots and relieve tension and pain in this way, and these save my hands and fingers from fatigue. The "wave" shaped tool is great for arms and neck, and if you put a bit of lotion on it you can give yourself a nice neck massage. The wood has a distinct but not unpleasant aroma.

They look ok but the piece with the flat edge hasn’t been sanded enough that the corners are sharp, so I can’t use on clients because it scratches the skin.
