We've tried other gel pads, none of which have had the extra gel which sits between the little toe and the next toe which of course helps push out the little toe. The gel is a really good thickness and I like to keep them in place by using medical tape. Since using the difference is absolutely amazing, the swelling has gone done and at times they used to bleed, not now.
